International Technologies, Inc. stands behind the quality of our work. Beginning June 8, 2026 all onsite service is covered by our Continuous Uptime Service Guarantee subject to the following terms and conditions.

 

Continuous Uptime Service Guarantee

  • If the issue we repaired during any service visit recurs within 30 days, we will return and correct it at no additional labor charge.
  • If the issue we repaired during any service visit recurs within 60 days, we will return and correct it at 50% of our usual labor charge.
  • If any new part ordered and installed by International Technologies fails within one year of installation, we will replace it free of charge under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

What Our Guarantee Covers

  • The original repair performed during your service call.
  • Labor to correct any recurring issue addressed during the initial visit.

What’s Not Covered

  • Travel time, mileage, lodging, and other related expenses.
  • Failures unrelated to the original repair.
  • Additional issues that may arise due to equipment age, wear, or condition.
  • Return visit to install parts recommended after the initial service visit.
  • Refurbished or rebuilt parts, or any part sourced or installed by the customer or service to address issues with any customer-sourced or installed part unless an exception is agreed to in writing.

Important Note on Older Equipment

Many of the machines we service are older or heavily used. After we fix the specific issue identified, additional failures can occur and are not included under this guarantee subject to the discretion of our service technician.

We want our customers to be fully satisfied after every service visit. If it’s not right the first time, we’ll make it right. That’s our guarantee.
